Happy Easter everyone!

Hubby had a 3 day weekend.. he has Thurs./Fri. Normally.. so the last 3 days were rough... mostly off plan. I weighed myself yesterday morning just to see how much damage could happen over 2 days and it wasn't pretty!

Went from 186 to 188.. and that was just 2 days in to the 3 day weekend.

We went fishing at the lake later yesterday.. and even though there was a little bit of hiking and hauling gear back and forth... there was snacking while we fished. So I'm actually afraid to get on the scale this morning! lol

I'm going to treat it sort of like a carb cycling period and jump right back on the wagon starting today though. Catch it quick and the carb and sugar monsters don't have time to settle in
