I have often noticed in carb blockers and some slimming products, they contain these two substances.

How effective are they able to control sugar level and carb absorption?

I am interested to get some supplements to ease cravings.


p.s. previously i tried taking chitosan, and ended up discovered it lessens my fat intake! oh dear....but coz i was told it can burn body fats instead of stopping me from absorbing the good fats.
