Am new and have a ? about the hot choc. I have been using the EAS carb control shakes (only 1/day), is there any problem with heating these before I drink them? Tried it several days ago and it was thick and rich and hit the spot! Is this O.K? It sure was quick and easy to do at work! Thanks for any help in advance. T

I actually made hot cocoa last night and it was wonderful. Here's what I did:

2 tsp Dutch processed cocoa (Dutch processed is a lot less bitter than, say, Hershey's cocoa)
8 oz of Carb Countdown 2% milk
1 1/2 packets of Splenda
Whipped cream

Stir the cocoa and Splenda together and add enough milk to create a paste. Heat the remaining milk until hot and stir into the cocoa mixture. Top with a dab of whipped cream.
