Exclamation Binged, now feel like crap!!

I ate some sugar fee cake, and sugar free frosting, now I am totally bloated, gassy, mean, tired, and feel totally like crap. I am having chicken for supper, no carbs, and totally on induction levels again tomorrow. NO MORE SUGAR-FREE anything for a long time!!

I have done that too......
I had one of those "I've had it" nights.........and ended up eating all kinds of lc sweets.......I know how you feel.

Most of us will cave at some point......but it's how you recover that counts.
You did it......maybe you feel bad but the best thing to do it move on and don't let continue to upset you. Keep going......make your next meal lc (but not lc junk food..ha ha) and don't look back.

Hey, just the fact that you binged on sugar free or lc foods is a sign that you are in the right direction. At least it wasn't the really bad stuff.....
