Gym and weight loss challenge
Okay, so I don't know if this is a post in this forum but I would like to start a challenge. The challenge is this, go to the gym and check in at least three times per week and do a weigh in at least once per week.
The challenge starts on Monday, June 9. Join anytime. This will be a 16 week challenge and before and after photos will always be welcome and judgement free. The journey is about where we are going and not where we are at.
I, of course will begin, and I look forward to any one whom wishes to join.
