Default Dr. Westman's Adapt Bars

Does anyone know of any other products similar to Dr. Westman's Adapt bars that are sold in stores? (https://www.adaptyourlife.com/store/)

If not, have you tasted the Adapt bars and do you like them?

I'm looking for something to take on hikes and camping trips (my son is allergic to tree nuts, so trail mix and that kind of thing is out.) I really like the low total carb count and lack of other junk that's in the Atkins bars, but I don't know if I want to spend over $2.00 a bar after S&H.

No, Dr. Westman's product is unique for now. Took a long time to develop a bar that would hold together without the junky fibers. I had them through the taste testing phases, they are like a fatty treat more than a chewy bar, including the Kids bar. Recently they said are planning to offer a variety box so you do not need to commit to one flavor for first purchase. There are customer reviews for the various flavors to guide as well.

Company has a good FB page: https://www.facebook.com/AdaptYourLife/?fref=ts. Check for news there.

It will be sold at a pharmacy in South Africa...not too helpful for you. Dr. Gerber's office in Denver has them...also not helpful. Think Dr Mark in WV. ...might be possible some doctor office in NY gets them in the future.

Some of the Quest Bars do not have Splenda, unsure if those are nut-free flavors. But you can buy Quests single in GNC and Trader Joes to try them.

I'm glad to hear about the variety box. I was thinking something like that would be great in case I bought a whole box and didn't like the flavor!

I've looked all over and can't find anything similar, so I might just end up buying a box and using it sparingly for fuel when I'm out in nature and can't cook.
