Steak strips and beef liver sauteed in coconut oil. With kimchee and sauerkraut on the side. Salad; 2T sour cream, 2T 3.5% fat plain greek yogurt, 1/4c blackberries, 1T raw pumpkin seeds and 1T raw sunflower, 2oz raw walnuts (forgot the cinnamon). Coffee with 2T HWC and 1tspn stevia. Came out to 15g of carbs.
