Anyone have any experience with this? I haven't done a cleanse in ages and what with these 10 extra pounds not budging even though I am following my program, I thought it can't hurt. All 10 pounds seem to be in my belly, too.

This is a 7 day program with pills to take in the morning and at night, and one powdered supplement (5 net carbs in that; I'll just put up with it).

It was a "buy one get one at half price," so I got two. It's got a long shelf life so I'm sure it won't go to waste.

Any opinions on this?
