Default Does Splenda or Diet products cause stalls?

I recently finally started losing weight again. I had been stuck at a weight that went between 134-136 for over a month. So I finally decided to do Atkins induction to jump-start things. I also cut out stuff like gum with sugar alcohol in it, ("sugar-free" gum), diet soda, etc. I noticed immediately that I started to lose again.

Does anyone know if Splenda or Diet soda, etc, will cause stalls?

Different things stall different people... I've never personally had a problem, but there have been MANY people who are stalled by sugar alcohols and/or by citric acid (found in pretty much all diet soda). I'd say when and if you do add them back, do it slowly and one product at a time... Good luck!
