Anyone have a good plan to get rid of all the excess water and weight fast after a 3 monthish binge? I know I wont lose all the weight I have gained in a week (10 pounds) but just what should you do to jump start the excess water weight and get the fat burning started? Meat and Eggs? All liquid shakes?

I'd have to disagree with the notion that overcorrecting a binge or trip off plan by any kind of extreme fast is a good idea.

If you've been eating in an unhealthy way, it's best for your body, IMO, to start nourishing it with a variety of healthy foods and not try to punish it back into submission. I suggest maybe returning to insuction for a few days to tame the cravings and go from there.

Do you really only weigh 107 pounds? I know you are only 5 feet tall, but 107 pounds is still not overweight - in fact, it's towards the low end of the range of normal weights.
So I would simply suggest that you concentrate on healthy, low carb food.

If your stats are incorrect, and you are considerably overweight, going back to Induction is the wisest course. Going on a "fast" is simply going on a "diet," and that is not the healthy way to do low carb. In fact all these people who are currently going on fasts worry me because this is just another yoyo diet, and yoyo diets are known to wreck the metabolism.
