Another is a bunch of calculators that appeals to the geek-side of me I guess ... It has little programs to evaluate almost anything in your fitness profile ...
Keep this up! I know I must exercise more, I'm only walking now. Gyms and I are allergic to each other! I need to find something I can do at home whenever I have time.
