Our Lidl has a ham with no sugar in it, as far as I know, and the carbs are negligible. It's the most expensive one, but it's worth the price - the texture and flavour are lovely. Different stores have different stock, so it's worth looking at all the labels. We also get 97% pork sausages in Lidl - they're among the more pricey ones, but they're a bit cheaper if two packs are bought, so we buy two and freeze one of them. The Lidl cream cheese is really good and priced very low. We buy lots of it. I love ham or salmon spread with cream cheese then rolled up. Cream cheese is also good to make sauces from. We also steam leeks, then stir cream cheese through them before serving.
