Default favorite home workout

I discovered Hasfit.com (also on youtube) a few weeks ago - it has loads of free workouts and advice, and now several of my friends are trying it too. Anyone else tried the workouts?

No.. but I'm looking for exercises to start doing at home. I've heard there are a lot of great Youtube videos. I'll have to check this out tonight! Thanks!

I have a beachbody video that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!! It's called Turbo Jam, and it's like a dance meets cardio kick boxing!

Unfortunately, I can't do it any more because I had knee surgery and the twisting makes my knee hurt. :'(

Thanx, sam... . I did sign up for the gym but I'm looking for exercises to do on days when I don't go to the gym. It looks like a great website with lots of options.

I know I'm a bit late to the party, but I LOVE working with my kettlebells! There are a lot of videos for different workouts on Youtube and it's just a fun and very productive workout that I only need to do about 20 minutes a day.

One tip I might offer: Not everyone on Youtube should be posting instructional videos. Know what to look for and watch out for the hacks! If you're not sure, I'd look in the comment section. The people posting comments will definitely call someone out if they're posting anything that is incorrect, bad form or anything that might cause injury because they're teaching it wrong. Better safe than sorry...

I do all my exercise at home. I love yoga, I have added running on the treadmill, and Bodyflex. Am going to add weights to improve my bone structure

I will have to check out hasfit. I have about 50 DVDs that vary between Leslie Sansone, The Firm, Kathy Smith, Gilad, Ellen Barret etc. I really like JessicaSmith TV for free workouts too. She is on You tube and her own website along with DVDs.

Hi everyone - in winter I go to a Pilate's class in a gym, in summer (when I get most of my exercise by biking to work), I still continue Pilates at home. I think the combo of class to learn as a refresher, and doing the same at home, whether Pilates or Yoga or what have you, is the right way - better than Youtube.

T-tapp tempo twist was a killer. I tried it this morning and sure worked up a sweat despite it being only 30 minutes long LOL.
