Colorful Mediterranean Salad
Got this in an email and thought I would add it to this thread. They had other ideas too but nothing fantastic IMO.

Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients
3/4 cup creamy salad dressing
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cucumbers, diced
1/4 cup Vidalia onion, sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups salad greens, torn

This delicious salad is easy to make in advance, takes up little room in your fridge, and can make a salad exciting for kids and adults alike. directions nutrition Place ingredients into 4 cup Mason jar in the order given. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour jar contents into a large bowl, toss to coat with dressing, and serve immediately with fresh bread.

BTW, don't think I'd serve it with bread.
