I just made these for lunch! Yum-o!! I did like a Previous poster and made them with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and an egg. Seasoned with pepper and Old Bay seasoning, then fried in a hot skillet with coconut oil.

Will definitely make them again! I used the single serving water packed tuna. I didn't think to drain the tuna, (it was in the vacuum packed pouch and didn't have much water,) it could have used a bit extra draining.

had these again for lunch and my DH tried them for the first time it was a hit!
