Question My P.L.A.N. body fat calculator?

Unga bunga!

I'm totally brand new, here, and just starting to try to figure everything out. Regarding the My P.L.A.N., I did put in all of my body measurements, but how do I actually use the site to calculate my body fat percent? How do I use the bodyweight calculator under the My P.L.A.N.?

For the body fat chart, you will need to make sure your height and measurements are entered in the edit settings page.

Hi, I can't enter any value for "body fat." My weight/height are entered on my edit settings page...hallelujah, I just did it..CP user or something. I can't remember exactly what I did but now it works...never mind...

Yes, it's User CP (control panel) on the left end of the green tool bar. To edit your stats, you use User Profile from the menu on the left of that page; to add a ticker or signature, you use Edit Signature; etc.

I thought you meant the BF settings in My P.L.A.N., since this is the forum for that tool. I couldn't get them to work, either, so I was waiting to see what the answer was.
