Some of you wonderful senior members are able to answer questions by pasting a link directly to older threads in the forum. You also paste links to websites.

I would like to know

1. How you are able to locate the old threads? Is there a directory that lists them by subject or author?

2. Once you find the thread, how do you put in in your message as a link?

3. How do you include a link to a website?

I hope I have put this thread in the right category.

Hi Amy,

Locating old threads is simply achieved by using the search button. Sometimes I may recall a particular thread, other times, I am just wondering...
I also have bookmarked a few particularly good ones.

If you go to "Check here first! Answers..." - a sticky at the top of this (the Comments Box and Tech Questions forum, where I moved you to ) you'll find this and many more helpful hints.
