I fasted from Thursday until about 11:30 AM today. Ran a 5K at 8:30AM today. It was cold and icy, which made it hard to run, but I ran my best time yet!

I'm feeling pretty good today! It doesn't look like I can attach pictures. Maybe I need more than 1 post. haha!
