Default Netletten's Gym Log, revised 8-7-14

This is what my first goal workout will be--if I can get to where I am doing this workout, then I can increase the strength training--
FIRST GOAL

With Dumbells
Bicep (arm) curls. 3 sets of 8
Tricep extension (overhead). 3 sets of 8
Single Arm Row. 3 sets of 8
Squats. 3 sets of 8. .......................................,,,,,,,,,,,,Three times a week

Aerobic Part
Walk 1 mile on treadmill w/music and/or
Leslie Sansone DVD walk................................,,,,,,,,,,,,Three times per week

Default Stupid exercise

I really don't feel like exercising on my treadmill. It's too humid and hubby didn't put in the two window air conditioners like he said he would back in May and June and July when I mentioned it/asked him. I'm actually quite pissed off about it. Today I ~&$! Cleaned and organized and cooked and sweated like a pig. Really need to have a talk with him about keeping his word.

Never mind in just calmly confronted him after complaining about this ...

Next year we are getting air conditioning in before June!!!!!

Relative humidity WAS 85% today

Today I walked 10 minutes on the treadmill and did an hour of cleaning. Tomorrow I will do more walking.

Today I walked 5 miles with my extremely fit & healthy friend. I wore my $90 athletic shoes and gradually developed what I think is a small bunion...so I am going to try a different pair of shoes next Tuesday. I really felt good when I was done...some endorphin activity except for the painful feet. One leg is longer than the other due to a fracture but I want to try again anyway.

It's been a little over 2 years since I posted in this gym log...
I'm starting small & easy.
Here I go with starting over:
Dec 6, Friday-------walked 1 mile in 20 minutes
Dec 7, Saturday----walked 1 mile in 20 minutes
