Default Strawberry Cheesecake "Yogurt"

Been very creative lately with breakfast since I canít tolerate eggs anymore. Iím sure someone has made this before, but I figured Iíd share just in case.

Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt

2 strawberries cut up
1-2 oz Cream Cheese (depending on how much Cheesecake flavor you want Ė I only use 1)
1/3 cup Heavy Cream
Ĺ packet Splenda (depending on taste you may not use any or may use more)

Blend everything together (I use a hand mixer and it comes out great). Itís filling, but seems light and whipped as well. I have also frozen it and it is wonderful that way too.

I made something like it yesterday: plain greek yogurt with diced strawberries and splendex stirred in. So yummy but it *is* carby. Yours sounds good!
