As for me, I find looking backward at past successes to be helpful in keeping myself on track.

And now, on to 2016....
01/01: 172 eating a big breakfast at 1 AM - even one that is totally on plan - is NOT good for morning weigh-ins! So, I am up a pound from my December 2015 low point. Ah well, at least this gives me a "high point" for the year to work my way DOWN from.
My goal is to reach my goal weight of 165 before my two-year low-carb anniversary. Two months, 7 pounds. It OUGHT to be doable but these last few pounds are coming off sooooo slowly.
