Default Meal Replacements

Hello everyone, I'm a newbie with a question about meal replacements,specifically Met-RX. The label list the ingredients as;Calories 260,Total Fat 2.5g, Cholesterol10mg, Sodium 380 mg, potassium 880mg,Total Carbohydrate 22g
,and Protein 37g. My question is will this amount of carbs effect my ketosis and should I quit using this product as my 1st meal of the day?
It does seem to be rather high in carbs.
