Welcome. There are lots of great people here with lots of experience ready to help and just cheer you on.

You have listed that you are doing Atkins induction, and as another long time Atkins girl, my best advice is to read and reread the book and follow it exactly as written for induction. As you move along, you will learn what works best for you, but patience and not changing your plan until you have followed it for a while is truly what I believe to be the secret to success.

Eat yummy foods and enjoy your journey.
