Default Hate eggs what about just meat

Has anyone just tried a meat fast...I just can't stand eggs

Yes, I have. I have a hard time with it, because I really like veggies. Still, I don't think there's anything magical nutrition-wise about eggs. Fatty cuts of meat should contain all the same things.

If you're going to fast on meat exclusively, though, it's very important (IMO) that you use fatty cuts and eat the fat as well as the lean part. That way you won't be shortchanging yourself on essential fatty acids and fat-soluable vitamins.

I am the same I can't stand eggs!! but I want to know if you eat only steak or also chicken and fish...thanks for your response!!

eggs make me blah after a while too, but they are good when you get a craving for a quick snack..like a HB egg or deviled...you an only eat so many and you get thristy, so you have to drink water with them..but i crave meat...love steak tips and duck..bison is great too...fish is a smart way to go as well! so there is variety, you just have to have it all on hand, all the time.
