Hi guys....Im ready to get serious!!!!!
I'm from NY, and I've been up & down with my weight since my teens. I just finished college and I gained the "college weight".
Im tired of being overweight, not fitting into my clothes, tired of the excuses & bull, and just TIRED OF BEING TIRED!!!! I searched for 3 hrs. today to find a suiting support group & I think I met my match
I am totally up for an October Mini-challenge!!!! Im aiming at losing a total of 60 or so pounds but Im aware that I have to start off with a min-goal.....for October, I would like to lose about 15 pounds.
Im doing my own low carb diet included with daily exercise. Im looking for encouragement, support and am willing to give the same to all of you as well Here are my stats:
