Default Meat & Eggs We Love Part 2

Here we are meat and eggers...Hope you all found us in our new home since we reached our limit from our part 1 spot..keep up the great work...I will post our intro from our Part 1 thread below...WELCOME

From part 1:

Welcome...Some of us began a meat/egg fast on 2/1 and have decided to continue on past the one week challenge and continue on with this thread here. There are really no rules except that everyone is welcome and we are kind and considerate to everyone. We are here to be supportive, and offer encouragement and tips, advice to others. Some may not agree with what we choose to do or how our daily diet looks and that is fine, but it works for us and is OUR choice. Everyone is a bit different, but what I personally eat is very low carb and ONLY meat ( including seafood) and eggs and drink ONLY water...This is for weight loss purposes at this point. I hope everyone has a great day and feel free to join our thread...

Hope everyone has a great day.

Hello, I just started yesterday and am very interested in this Meat/Eggs only diet.

Would love to hear any recipes and if there are any complications with this type of diet.

Welcome Jaylee...I dont do a whole lot of different recipes as my body seems to react best to strict, clean basic meat and eggs...but I will tell you there is a great deal of great recipes here where I do visit often and am in the process now of finishing off the white castle cheeseburger quiche...I also make a yummy chicken with cream sauce dish that alot on here enjoy that i can post the recipe to later....welcome to the group...here is that recipe site link...

I'm back and on track. After a busy summer at the lodge it has finally slowed down and I can concentrate on me. Stayed on track most of the summer but didn't drink my water. Started today with 2 large glasses and hope to get the rest in - at least 8 glasses today.
Hope everyone has had an awesome summer and is ready to get those pounds off before year end.
Stacey - looks like you have been doing good this summer.
weigh in this morning was 198.7

I'm having emotional issues at home which makes it really hard no to eat for confort. I'm doughting my will and if I can even follow a plan. I think I have heard this before.

Lynn I am so sorry. Will definitely keep her in my prayers.

Sexy First tell yourself it's ok. Yes you messed up but you CAN do this. Tomarrow is anouther day. I understand as I have always been an emotional eater. I smoked for a long time too.
and when you can smoke, or drink, or eat it is really hard. You may fall a lot but we will always be here for you. Don'tgive up on your self.

Jaylee, Welcome to the group. Good luck on your journey and we look forward to talking to you more.

I had BAD cravings today but my pain meds are making me sick to my tummy and i couldn't think about eating much so that helped. I made it through the day.

Good morning ladies

I have been good for 2 days now!!! I'm gonna do it this time My scale needs new batteries so I won't know what I weigh till I go to the Dr. in 2 weeks. In 2 weeks I will be happy if I'm just back to were I was when I messed up 2 weeks ago.

I am taking full advantage of DH being home and helping. I'm laying down when I need to and everything. He is awesome and is doing everything. I HATE having a catheter. It is so hard when I can't move around like I need to. I hope these 2 weeks go fast. I Will probably need to have surgery again in 3 mo which means I can't move u with DH till after that but at least we will have a house so we will be there a lot.
