Default product substitutions

Have a recipe that requires low fat half and half. Any one know what I can substitute for that?

My local supermarket doesn't sell it.

The recipe is for peanut butter cookies.

Hey, I'd like that recipe too!
2of3, when you have time, I'd love to hear how you are managing in Phase 2.
It looks like you and I have similar weight loss goals, so I'd like to stay in touch. Are you keeping a journal? If not, feel free to stop by mine and post sometime. I'm real confused on Phase 2 and don't want to blow it. Having someone there the same time might help!
Thanks!

Sounds like a good idea to me!
I haven't been keeping a journal. Not really played around with the various features on the site as yet.

I may start using that feature soon.
