Default Canadian Sugar Twin

Hi Karen,
I will be making the Pumpkin Chiffon Pie recipe today, and I had a question about the Canadian Sugar Twin. Is that the Brown Sugar Twin from Canada or regular Sugar Twin from Canada? I'm not sure if there really are two different ones. Scott and I have been discussing whether to try the Brown Sugar Twin that we have (thanks to Jeanny) or use all Splenda.

Thanks!
Cait

It's the white Sugar Twin. The brown can be bitter if used in quantity.

Thanks so much Karen! I did make a half batch yesterday (I had most everything mixed up when I got to needing to halve the 3 eggs did my best) using the brown Sugar Twin. I have to say everybody loved it! I will go ahead and make it with the brown for Thanksgiving. I am meeting Nicole (Nikkil) next Tuesday up in Bellingham, and I will see if she can bring me some of the white Sugar Twin.

Thanks!
Cait
