Default Anyone doing Atkins without the book? - handy link inside

The Atkins Centre online has information on how to do Atkins, including a description of the 4 phases, how to do Induction, and a list of allowable Induction foods.

This should tide you over until you can buy the book or check it out from the library. If you don't have the book, it really is worth getting, since the background info gives you a solid foundation on which to base your lifestyle changes.
