Flax cereal

Hi all,
Can someone Please tell me if the Flax breakfast cereal taste like chalk? or sand or something worse? I REALLY need my food to taste good. I cant force food down just because it is all I have to eat. If it does taste nasty, is there anyone out there who knows how to fix it up? I am okay with lunch, dinner and snacks. breakfast is what gets me. Thanks for any suggestions
