Unhappy

Greetings from another shorty! 5'2.5" and every extra five pounds looks like 15! My biggest downfall is eating at night -- I can go all day and be fine -- but come evening -- oink oink oink. TV is definitely a HUGE trigger. I'm trying to instill a FIRM cut-off for night eating ie NO FOOD AFTER 8:00PM. it's rough going...

DONT EAT AFTER 8pm. 7pm is better!
you'll see a difference. work out at night instead

I have a problem about eating late as I don't get off from work until 7 PM and by the time I get home and eat--it's very late. I don't like going to bed on a full stomach, but I have to at times.

TV definately can be a huge trigger. All they advertise anymore is food and prescription medicine.

This is for anyone that would like to chat with me on this subject. Has anyone experienced since being a low carber, low blood sugar feeling? There has been at least two times now that I have gotten really dizzy and light headed.
