Default Problems with Milk Thistle?

I bought Milk Thistle as a supplement for my LC diet. I've taken it for three days (in a row) and now I'm having problems (in the bathroom you catch my drift, actually almost not being able to make it to the BR). Sorry to get so graphic, but I was trying to figure out what's causing the "situation" and I'm wondering if anyone has had similar problems with milk thistle and or anything else?

Thanks for any info.

Erin,
That's not a common side effect of Milk Thistle. First check to see if the Milk Thistle is the problem. Try going off of it to see if the symptoms go away. IF the symptoms are still present, then it's not the MT. go back on it, then keep eliminating things one at a time until you find what's causing your reaction.
If it is MT, you might be allergic to it.
Also, are you taking Milk Thistle Seeds? How? capsules, extract, etc.

The magnesium in the supplements I'm taking gave me loose bowel issues. I've been taking milk thistle as well. When I lowered the magnesium dose, my bowel got more normal.
