Forgot to post yesterday but I did the same routine as Tuesday. Woke up this morning with my legs/arms in pain. Going to take it easy today and jump on the treadmill for 20mins.

Managed 20mins on the tread. but my Lord are my legs in pain!!!

Also squeezed in my ab routine..pain is good

Power 90 for 30mins (didn't do the power yoga, my wrists are killing me from the push-ups/carpal tunnel). Also did the ab routine..100

After a nice relaxing weekend, my butt got back on the treadmill. Power walked for 20mins...worked up a great sweat

Squeezed in 20mins on treadmill..10 power walking and 10 light jogging.

Tuesday I also added some different ab routines. I started my Slim in 6 which has 11mins of abs. My Lord, my lower stomach is killing today.....can't wait to do it again tonight

Just finished my 11mins ab routine (Slim in 6) and I'm very sore. Let's hope when I wake up it'll be gone. Might give my abs a break tomorrow and start up on my cardio again.

20mins on treadmill...10mins power walking..5 quick jog and 5mins normal walking..

Off to do 11mins of ab routine...slim in 6 pack

25mins on the tread. Had lots to do today but managed this much...better than nothing

Did the same routine today. Been slacking on the abs so tomorrow I have to double up the reps
