Forgot to post yesterday but I did the same routine as Tuesday. Woke up this morning with my legs/arms in pain. Going to take it easy today and jump on the treadmill for 20mins.
Tuesday I also added some different ab routines. I started my Slim in 6 which has 11mins of abs. My Lord, my lower stomach is killing today.....can't wait to do it again tonight
Just finished my 11mins ab routine (Slim in 6) and I'm very sore. Let's hope when I wake up it'll be gone. Might give my abs a break tomorrow and start up on my cardio again.
