Default Ivor Cummings anyone know more about him?

I would like to know your thoughts on Biochemical engineer Ivor Cummins who has been a proponent for low carb after having a health scare and basically himself without the help of any doctors.

Anybody watched this video. Generally talking about insulin being the culprit for metabolic syndrome not cholesterol. I am sure this is not new news to some of you here but just interested to hear your thoughts on this?

I've been following him since he started this blog http://www.thefatemperor.com/contact/ a few years ago.
This is a brief bio.

His new book with Dr. Gerber was published on Feb 27th.

His FB page has more https://www.facebook.com/TheFatEmperor

I use his information about the Coronary Artery Calcium Scan a lot.
My favorite talk of Ivor's on it, to UK cardiologists no less: http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=478379

Ivor is a very informative person who embraces the LCHF approach and has learned a tremendous amount over the last few years. He's become a fixture in the LC community, has many interviews on DietDoctor.com, and as Janet has mentioned, works very closely with Dr. Jeff Gerber out of Denver. Ivor is one of the good guys involved in exploring the LC WOE.
