another similar story!
Congratulations - fabulous news! I have an acquaintance who, after many years of infertility, conceived 2 children through IVF. Happy that her fmaily was complete, she paid more attention to other parts of her life, including losing some 40 lbs. Because she believed she was completely infertile, unable to conceive naturally, she and her partner were not using any birth control.
Within 3 months of losing that weight she had conceived naturally. Initially very upset about it (this was totally unplanned, totally unexpected), she now has a beautiful son she wouldn't be parted from.
Her specialist Dr was gobmacked by the news - and said her infertility issues had been completely resolved by the weight loss.

My Story....
My husband and I tried for 3 years to conceive. Finally went to a speicalist, he ran ONE test and tested my progestrone level!!!! WAY LOW, he put me on a natural progestrone pill every 4 hours BAM one month later I was expecting. Hope this story helps someone.
p.s. I was 210 lbs at conception, had a healthy 7lb 5 oz boy (3 years ago)

Well good for you and enjoy the ride! My 2nd child was a mid- life "you're kidding, right?" baby and now that I am a leaner (but not greener)LC mom, I can finally keep up with him.
Eat well and get lots of sleep
