Anyone ever heard of this? It's a meal replacement shake that is supposedly low carb. The shakes are mixed with milk and are for breakfast and lunch. I have a friend doing it, and I am intrigued. Any thoughts?

My mother uses them, you add milk, or orange juice and up goes your carbs! She uses 3 shakes a day, plus a meal at supper, and she did loose weight, but unfortunitely, they don't teach you how to eat properly or help with carb cravings, oh, there expensive too.
