Default Got a chicken recipe for ya!!

Here's yet another recipe for chicken..but a delicious one for sure. I'm having for lunch today. Yumm!!

2 Chicken pieces (any part..I love the thighs)
2 tbsp butter
salt, pepper & paprika to taste
4 tbsp mushrooms (canned is also fine. I use it all the time)
1/2 cup water
4 tbsp double cream

Instructions:

First mix the spices togther, then dip in the chicken pieces. Make sure that it's all covered with it. Fry it in butter for 10 minutes or until golden. Throw in the mushrooms and stir for a few minutes. Then add the water and cover until it's done. Last stir in the cream until you have a sauce. Enjoy!!

I serve it with vegetables (cauliflowers brings out the taste!!)

Maybe you should check out Dr. Atkin's website. There's a recipe for fish that I do over and over and my husband loves it. I use Hamour
