Hi everyone, I'm new to this site. I started "The new Atkins diet" on Jan.2nd of this year. So far I doing pretty good. Down 9 lbs since stating! Came across this site while searching for recipes. Looking forward to being a part of this group

Hi, Robinette. I visited Supply NC when it was "the end of the earth." That must have been back in the 70s. Bet it's a hopping place now! Hope it still retains some of its natural beauty.
