Went for a 4 hour hike today. The right ankle is tired. I really should lose what - another 20 lbs...

No walking this morning. Try perhaps for a swim at lunchtime and gym is a definite after work.

Went to the gym this evening and did arms, but the biceps and triceps feel fine comparted to when Medina pounds me. Hmm. I guess more time will tell and see if I'm sore.

Forced out 50 minutes on the back. Was tough. Ate too much in one sitting at lunchtime, and then had to go to the gym a little empty. No worries...

Friday I did legs at Tysons. Saturday nothing at all. Today will be some walking around the mall this afternoon later on and then the chest at Kirkwood. Arms tomorrow - perhaps, somehow, depending on where I am.

Did the chest tonight, but had littlew strength. I ate less than 1000 calories today! but probably had more yesterday... Un healthy...

Have to take a week off the heavy stuff now. Calories and amounts may be critical for the next 7 days - maybe 14 days...

Keeping a fairly tight rein on the calories and doing a good job of it. Maybe by Sunday I'll be able to take a walk of some type...
