Default Down to double digits!!!

All right, it's in kilos... but STILL. I had to share...!

Have reached 99 kilos. That's a loss of 22 kilos so far. I know I've got a ways to go, but am absolutely thrilled to be under 100 kilos - almost half way! My unsympathetic doctor will be shocked when I have my next appointment, which isn't until November...

Thanks to all you forum members for all the help, suggestions and support. I was hoping to reach under 100 before my birthday and am 5 days ahead of schedule!

Very good so far. My sister was in Spain for a Summer and by eating "little loves of breakfast bread" kickstarted a weight gain cycle. I am glad I found LC and was able to stay the course, I wish more people would try it.

Thanks guys! Much appreciated. Ah, the tapas - it actually very easy to follow low carb here - olives, fuet (salami), iberic ham, strange seafood things that I can't identify, cheese, etc!

And I don't fancy the bread much (thank goodness for that...!!).

Have started a trend here though - just loaned my book to a friend! With the explicit promise that she'll give it back though.
