Default Krista's Quest for a better figure!

Okay, starting my gym log here and now. Joining today with Laura and Julie. We aim to go 3+ times a week, going to be early mornings so we can still get the kids and hubbies out the door. I'm excited about firming up and losing some of this blub! I've already got good sneakes and some yoga style pants, I need to rummage around and get some t-shirts. I've got to invest in some sports bras (says my fabulous friend Laura). Now that spring is around the corner and it's getting lighter out in the morning it shouldn't be so hard to get moving at 5:30am. I'm really excited about doing Nautilus, I liked the results I had in the past using the machines. So I'll keep everyone updated with my progress! I think I'll have Laura take my measurements and I'll do hers so we can keep track of inches lost, I know that some people's weight loss slows down while working out so I want to keep track of my inches so I don't get discouraged!

well I started the gym today with Laura, we started out with a 10 minute warm up on the bike, then did some stretches, then did half of the nautilus circuit with the trainer. We got on the treadmill and I managed 20 minutes on it, got off and felt seasick and dizzy lol. We then finished the rest of the nautilus circuit. We were there for two hours and felt great afterwards! Going again tomorrow morning at 5:30am. Husband thinks I'm nuts but I'm determined to tone up in time for summer!

Hi, congrats on starting a Gym log. Kinda sucks that you got seasick and dizzy, make sure you dont get dehydrated. Lots and lots of water before you work out. Take care

just got home from the gym, it's only 6:30am and I'm done !!! I did the recumbent bike for 30 minutes (5.5 miles) and did the nautilus circuit. I met Laura and her ole ball-n-chain and we had a great workout! I've got to get my ole ball-n-chain to join too!

I walked today with Laura along the boardwalk on the beach, it was about 1 1/2 miles.

I'm on a roll (and hoping to get rid of a few more rolls). Gym today! Even though my tummy felt yucky.
