Default Bubbles

Bubbles and more bubbles...right now I'm loving La Croix Gapefruit and Dasani Lime in the skinny cans. Also Skinny Girl Sparklers and Pelligrino.

My staple is water though and I drink it through the longest straw from Starbucks out of a cylindrical vase with Live Laugh Love etched into the glass. One vase is a litre and I drink one in the morning and one in the afternoon with a fresh lime squezed into it.

Additionally if I can manage it I'll have the traditional medicine herbal teas after dinner and always, always, always black coffee with 1tbs of coconut oil every morning. Don't mind giving up pasta, rice and bread but PLEASE don't ask me to give up coffee...especially...yummy delish bulletproof

It has taken me years to wean off other beverages, but I only drink 1-2 c. green/Earl Gray tea in the mornings now and water all day long, occasionally with lemon or lime squeezed in it.

i drink....a LOT

1. water- if i feel like making something special you can add any mix of lemon or lime wedges, cucumber, ginger, mint, etc.....you can also use club soda to make it "sparkle." cucumber water and lime/mint are my favorites.

2. coffee or iced coffee- i use almond or cashew milk and sf torani syrups

3. tea- i LOVE fruity or other sweet herbal teas- peach, blueberry, pumpkin spice in fall, cinnamon tea.....
i also love iced tea.
and i love to make a chai or green tea "latte" with almond or cashew milk and sf torani or truiva or splenda.

4. i drink a lot of diet soda- especially fresca.......it's my favorite vice.

5. once a month or so i buy a bottle of diet minute maid lemonaide (usually summer) or diet ocean spray cranberry juice (fall and winter- i especially like the cran cherry and cran grape varieties)

6. sometimes i drink crystal lite or mio energy or sf red bull- but usually only before endurance events (6-12 plus plus hours on a mountain).

7. oh and wine, champagne and vodka
