Default Here I go.. I am COLONBLOWing tonight!

Hey guys..

I have put off taking a Colon Blow kit for 3 months now. I am going to do it tonight. oh, and FYI, Colon Blow is a digestive track flush system. You should see the pics at www.colonblow.com. I have been told that you can "drop" 3 to 5 lbs doing a cleanse like this....

My wife and I refer to our daily pyslium husk drink as "Colon Blow". I didn't realize there is a product with the same name, other than the infamous SNL sketch.

We drink 8oz of Diet V8 Tropical mixed with 4 tsp of NOW brand psylium husk powder. One glass a day and you are regular as rain. No need for expensive gimmicks!

But, that's just my $0.02

OG

Is that a joke like ManBeef.com (they said they sold human meat)?

Oohhhhhhh, hehehehheh, ohhhhh, heheheheh, I took a look a the pictures on the web site. I feel like a little kid talking about #1 and #2, a little giddy.

But on a more serious note: Please post your experience, if it goes well I think we will be trying in in our house very soon.

Dang! I take psyllium husk and a couple times I took too much and it looked like that but green.

Please let me know how it went. I might try it if you don't get a bad reaction. Good luck!

If you want to get the sludge out, just drink a bottle of Magnesium Citrate. They make it in cherry and lemon-lime. It's at the local drug store. It works in usually in less than 6 hours. I'm an ER nurse and we have an inside joke not to give it in the ER. We can't deal with someone going every 2 minutes. So we give it as the patient leaves the ER to be admitted on the floor. hahaha, good luck.

Update!

I had my first "release" this morning. It, well, wasnt not normal looking. I am feeling kinda weird and lightheaded this morning. I am not eating but drinking EAS Carb Control protien shakes with added whole cream for calories and fat so that might be why.

I'll give ya'll an update tomorrow morning when its all over.

as seen on the colonblow website:

"Poopin is cool!"
