Wink Wow did I need to read this!

Hello All,
I'm glad I read these "threads?" I had lost 100 lbs on the Atkins and was doing well. However, I have gained back 30 and want to stop now before I get back to square one. The last time I did this I recall the weight literally fell off. this time however, after 2 weeks of the induction diet I have only lost 3 lbs...thats was discouraging. I was just about to go back to the "healthy" low fat diet when I happened upon this site. You all have given me support to carry on and not expect the weight to come off as easily. I am feeling better however the lack of loss is discouraging.I'll keep checking the threads knowing I'm not the only one going through this:-)

Keep it up! You'll lose it.

Just stick to it, and remember, it didn't come on overnight, so it won't come off overnight.

I'm losing about 2 pounds a week. I wish it were going faster, but it isn't. But you know what? I'm losing at the rate I'm supposed to.

So chin up!
