Keep working at it. The body seems to like to fight as hard as it can to stay where it is. =/

How are you on your WOE?

261.2 lb this morning!

Still sick, and found out it was not a cold, but, believe it or not, Hand Foot and Mouth disease! That is a childhood disease... I wonder why I did not get it then.
Have to check on my immune system, because I should have been able to fight this off, and adults rarely get this virus.
=(

Thank You Mike ... What is Hand Foot and mouth disease?

Weighing in this morning at 211, I lost that extra .5 and then another . 5 . No excuses to quit this time even when the scale doesnt go my way, as long as I stay on track I will eventually reach my stop.

I am addicted to my scale so count me in. When I think of cheating I weigh myself so that I can see where I am and motivate me to not cheat.

Plan Low Carb
Start Weight 2/9 234.8
Today 2/11 228.4

A loss of 6.2lbs

I'm on meat and eggs which is as few carbs as possible. You do lose fast the first week...mostly water weight I would assume...but heck as long as the scale goes down I'm happy.

Todays weight, 191.0.

That was a shocker, I have no idea how I did that in 24 hours.

urg up to 213.5 over night again

I wouldnt be able to live on just meat and eggs not even for a day, I can barely stomach them. I gotta have my veggies and the occasional cheat on a fruit or 3 hehe. Im okay with a slow loss as long as there is a loss. I figure slow and steady wins the race right?

I imagine mine will be up a little tomorrow. I ate a little more at dinner tonight than I normally do. It was all meat and some tomatoes, but none the less ate more.

I am having horrible cravings tonight, something sweet, anything, lol. However I think I will go to bed early to try and sleep those off.

I dont recall eating anything that would set those off, but they are here, I hate cravings, lol.

127.8 this morning, down .8 from yesterday. I've been adding in more fiber into my diet now that I'm reading The Fiber 35 Diet. I've always eaten lots of fresh fruits and veggies each day since LC'ing (cut out all the processed stuff). Now I'm just adding in a little more here and there to get some good fiber in.

Btw: I'm posting my daily eats in my journal.

Hi folks. I follow the palio diet, which for me is semi low carb. About 20 carbs a day. Maybe more then most take in. So I thought I'd start posting over here.....if that's okay?

I started out two weeks ago at 189 and weighed in yesterday at 178 so 11 lbs.

My goal weight is 150.

Thanks! And good luck to everyone.

Kelly
