Default What should I do?

Okay been reading posts tonight and I am not sure if I should be adding more fat to my meals. Today had bone in buffalo chicken wings with ranch dressing for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch (canned chicken with mayo) and a pork chop with just salt and pepper & a cup of cooked spinach nothing on it. Atkins carb counter app seems to not like my protein? Too much protein not enough fat? How do you are fat to a meal?

On a side note Husband is sitting beside me on the sofa eating Hagen-Daze ice cream. No temptation for me thank god.Thank

You could put a pat of butter on that spinach, and use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch on the wings (higher fat, lower sugar, check the labels.)

Forget all your training about avoiding fat. I did!

One of downsides of using food trackers, or at least confusing to me is how much fat was on that pork chop? Did you eat it or cut it off? Was the pork chop well marbled or one of those bred to be lean, "the other white meat" pigs. Who Knows? Are we fooling ourselves to think MFP or even the manufacturers labels are anything more than an estimate? Which brings me back to the simple Westman clinic plan...keep carbs below 20g and that happens if you follow the limited food guidelines, eat protein and fat to satiety, the fat coming naturally along with the food, not drinking fats and oils, but eating eggs, ground beef and juicy steaks.

Good for resisting that ice cream
