I've read that the tiredness right after eating can have something to do with all the blood rushing to your stomach to deal with digestion. Especially if you eat a big volume meal this will happen, even if it is low carb.

Hmmmmm. More to think about.

I think I will benefit from keeping the intake even all day long and day to day. Will see if it works.

Just thought I would drop in, and say hi, I do not want you to get annoyed with me, in the 5 lb challenge the start weight is the day you join. But it is up to you if you want to follow this or not.
I understand wanting to be the same start date as everyone who joins today as well.
