Default Dr. William Davis podcasts on CVD Prevention

While Jimmy Moore is travelling and writing, he has been playing Classic episodes of his podcasts so they will be available on iTunes. This week is a double header with Dr Davis, before Wheat Belly, after he had written Track Your Plaque. Podcast during 2008, then again on Encore Week Jan 2009, so it was almost 2 hours. I listened to it yesterday (during two hours of increasing my Vit. D in the sun, which was mentioned as good for heart health) and admired again what a clear communicator he is. He made the LipoScience NMR test easily understood, said something I've never heard before....drop the last digit off your LDL-P number...makes it relate better to standard lipid testing. Much other good information on heart disease prevention.
Don't see a link on LLVLC yet, but it downloaded with my podcast subscriptions. Anyone can just listen to Episode 679 on iTunes.

I'll have to check that one out.

Personally, my favorite podcasts on cholesterol are Jimmy Moore's interviews with Dr. Thomas Dayspring on the LLVLC show and Ask The Low Carb Experts. I've listened to those interviews probably 6 times each, and feel like I learn more everytime. It definitely opened my eyes to look further into insulin resistance, apo-B, and the importance of triglycerides!
