Default Another Newbie but not to LC

Hello,

Just signed on today. I've done LC on a few occasions. Lost 50 pounds the first time and kept it off for over 5 yrs. Lost 55 the next time and started putting it back on at that point. The last time I tried it I lost nothing but that was after I started taking meds for Diabetes. Interesting, when I was first diagnosed, I went directly to the LC diet and brought all my numbers into the proper zones. My Dr didn't approve of LC but he told me to stay with it. Obviously, I did not and began to gain more weight and blood sugars went off the charts. So, they put me on meds and I haven't been able to lose on LC since. Right now I'm doing a modified Weight Watchers, leaning heavily towards the protein side of things. And, I'm losing weight but I'm also not taking the meds either. I'd like to get back on a LC regimen and do more exercising too. Does anyone know where I can get a DVD for the Weider Crossbow Max Home Gym.
