Has anyone had any experience ridding themself of edema in ankles with the Fat Flush plan?

Hi Edie,
FF did a lot for me, but as I've never suffered from edema in the ankles, that wasn't one of the things it cleared up. It's such a healthy way to eat, however, I don't think it will hurt.

Is there a thread explaining the Fat FLush Plan? I'd like to learn more about it!

http://www.lowcarb.ca/atkins-diet-a...flush-plan.html Please note, while this is a pretty accurate review of Fat Flush, there ARE a few discrepansies:
For example salt is deferred in P1, but it does not disappear forever as the review seems to state. It returns in P3 and may return in P2 IF (<--big "if!") you find yourself in Phase 2 for more than say, 3 months and/or you have low blood pressure.
